I am a Christian as well as husband and father to my wife and children. We have educated our children at home since they were babies. I am also an entrepreneur and businessman. My children work with me in our real estate business day to day.

I have been representing sellers and buyers of commercial and residential real estate since 1975.  I have experience in counseling, brokerage, management, leasing and rehab of single family homes, apartment buildings, medical/office, retail, self storage and industrial properties in Colorado, Arizona and New Mexico.

I believe that developing relationships based on mutual trust is at the foundation of the working arrangement in helping my clients with their real estate needs.  Real estate clients share a great deal of personal financial and other information with their broker.  Hence, I prefer to meet with potential clients in order that we may both determine whether we will be comfortable working together.

If we decide to work together, I will be delighted to be a guide, counselor, broker and source of information.  I promise to offer my opinion and advice and to tell you the truth as I see it.  However, I will not set up false timelines or use other techniques to pressure you into making a decision. The pace at which we move is entirely up to you.
